I propose we start our foreign policy by opening up dialogue based on treaties surrounding our commitment to freedom and capitalism. Our aim should be to promote freedom and democracy worldwide through this treaty.
It is not a yamo as it isn't governed, it is more like NATO as a treaty and general approach to world affairs.
