After a time of inactivity, I have signed a treaty with Hamland in order to become part of their Commonwealth.
TREATY OF UNION
RECOGNISING the chance for preservation and expansion of Patrova within the realm of the Commonwealth
ACCEPTING the inactivity of Patrova and the ability of the country to grow within the Commonwealth
AGREEING that Patrova will be a member nation on par with all other nations
This treaty formally accepts Neo Patrova into the Commonwealth of Hamland following the guidelines set by the Membership of the Commonwealth Act. The country will become a member nation of the Commonwealth, with all sacrifices and benefits this brings.
